Or maybe you don’t like waking up with a jolt to the sound of your alarm every morning - Rise and Shine HD can fade sound up over time to create a more peaceful start to the day. Choose from the built in sounds (including many ambient sounds) or create a playlist from your iPod tracks.

Remote Control - control this application using Rise & Shine Link for your iPhone or iPod touch (bluetooth required) - Set alarm, turn on torch, cancel and snooze all from a distance.

Clock - Features a large clock display – vertical and horizontal modes

Background Notifications
Alarm still sounds even when the app isn’t in the foreground - only chosen alarm sounds will be used for this - not music playlist songs.

Note : When using the alarm to fade up light it is advisable to leave you iPad plugged in. Also note even with the backlight disabled there will still be a very subtle glow.
